1. Project Submission Process
Once you submit the form with your project details, we will review the information provided and send you a detailed cost estimate and time frame within 24 hours. Our pricing is determined based on the complexity and scope of your project. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and detailed to avoid delays.
2. Payment
We process payments through Payoneer, a third-party payment platform. After you receive our detailed cost estimate, you are required to make a full or partial payment based on the agreed terms before we proceed with any work on your project.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days from the date we issue the invoice. Work on your project will only commence after the payment is received.
Currency: Payments are made in [USD/EUR/your preferred currency], and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.
Secure Payments: Payoneer ensures secure processing of all payments, and we do not store any of your payment information.
3. Revisions and Feedback
You will receive a Notion link after the payment, which gives you access to the project workspace where you can provide additional details, track progress, and request revisions. We allow up to 3 rounds of revisions based on the package you selected. Each revision request must be submitted through Notion within the stipulated timeframe.
4. Delivery and Timeline
The estimated delivery time for your project will be outlined in the cost estimate. Delays may occur if we are awaiting information or revisions from you. If we do not hear from you within 3 days after a request for feedback, we reserve the right to pause the project or proceed as per the latest approved version.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
If the client requests to cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued, excluding any transaction fees.
If the client is dissatisfied after the initial drafts, we offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.
No refunds will be granted once the final deliverable has been approved by the client or if the client has approved every stage of the project. All approvals are final.
6. Copyright and Ownership
We retain the intellectual property rights for any unused or unapproved concepts and drafts. Upon final approval and full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final deliverable. Note that Freepik and Adobe Stock elements have been used in the design of this website, but they are not included in client projects.
All materials provided by the client for use in the project must comply with copyright laws. The client assumes responsibility for ensuring that the content they provide does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Use of AI-Generated Content
For certain projects (especially in educational and marketing videos), AI-generated voiceovers will be used as specified during the initial discussions. These voiceovers can be customized to meet the client’s specifications (male/female voice, language, tone, etc.).
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate information, and any necessary materials to ensure the smooth completion of the project. Delays in response may result in project timeline extensions.

Here’s how our refund process works, keeping in mind that client approval at each stage is crucial to avoiding dissatisfaction with the final product:
1. Refund Conditions:
Full Refund: Available only if you decide to cancel the project within 48 hours of form submission and before any work starts.
Partial Refund:
- 50% Refund: If you cancel after approving the script or mood board but before illustrations begin.
- 25% Refund: If you cancel after approving the illustrations but before animation starts.
No Refund: Once you’ve approved the animation stage and the video has been delivered, refunds are not available. However, we do offer minor revisions at no extra charge to make sure you're completely happy with the end result.
2. Approvals and Revisions:
Approval Process: At each stage (script, storyboard, illustrations, animation), we seek your approval before moving forward. By approving a stage, you confirm that the work meets your expectations, and we proceed accordingly.
Revisions: Each service includes two rounds of free revisions per stage (mood board, illustration, animation). Additional revisions beyond that will be charged separately.
Post-Approval Changes: Once a stage is approved, any additional revisions or changes to that stage will incur extra charges depending on the scope of the request.
3. Cancellation & Refund Conditions:
Stage 1: Form Submission
Full refund if canceled within 48 hours and before any work has started.
Stage 2: Script/Mood Board Approval
50% refund if canceled before the illustration work begins.
Stage 3: Illustration Approval
25% refund if canceled before animation starts.
Stage 4: Final Animation Approval
No refund available, but minor adjustments can be made at no extra charge.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee Through Revisions:
If you’re not completely satisfied with the final product despite approval in earlier stages, we offer additional revisions to ensure the video aligns with your expectations.
While refunds are limited after major approvals, our focus is on making sure the final video serves your needs by offering further refinement where possible.
5. Managing Client Expectations:
We believe in strong communication and transparency throughout the project. You’ll be able to see progress at each stage, request changes, and give your input, ensuring that the final result is what you envision.
